VILLAGE CLERK

Jennifer Peddicord is the Village Clerk for the Village of Seneca.  She has been serving since August of 2018.

The Village Clerk is responsible for keeping and preserving all of the records for the Village of Seneca, including ordinances, resolutions, minutes, policies and contracts.  She is the Freedom of Information officer.  The Village Clerk is responsible for preparing agendas, attending and keeping the minutes for the Village Council, and serves as the Local Election Official.  All liquor licenses, amusement device licenses, contractor registration, and golf cart/UTV licenses are issued by the Clerk's office.  

The Village Clerk's office is also responsible for all water/sewer billing.
