Please fill out the FOIA form which can be obtained from the download page. Requests will be either compiled or denied within 5 working days after its receipt. There is a charge associated with any additional pages over 50; fee will be .15 cents per page. Original signed request required prior to information being compiled. Freedom of information officer for Village hall records is the Village Clerk and the Police Chief for Police Department records. This went into effect 1/2/10
